Community League #10: 10Tix Modern is underway!

The bracket / pairings are viewable here:

Rules and Information

  1. The bracket is up here: – please search your email for a recent Challonge invite and accept it so that you can input your own scores. You may have to create a free Challonge account.
  2. Matches will played in Magic Online using the Modern filter and are best of 3 games with a 25-minute match timer. It is the winner’s responsibility to go to Challonge and report the score.
  3. We are on an honor system. That said, I have copied of everyone’s lists. If you feel like your opponent is not playing a list under 10tix, send me a screenshot or let me know about the issue and I will investigate.
  4. Your lists are locked in. No changes now that the event has started, to the main or sideboard. You will play the same list throughout the event.
  5. Arrange your matches by email or use the Challonge messaging system. Either way, get in touch early and often, and let me know if your opponent is unresponsive.
  6. This is our first double-elimination league (I’m used to Swiss) and the bracket is a bit weird. Because of this, the rule is to try and play at least one match per week. Do your best and let me know if you are having scheduling or communication issues that are causing delays.
  7. Our events are about building community and meeting new people. Please be kind to each other and have fun.
  8. I reserve the right to remove people from the league at any time for any reason. I will not do so needlessly. Your best bet to avoid this is to communicate with me when you experience issues.
  9. Prize support is sponsored by Cardhoarder. First place will receive 25 bot credits. Second place, 15 credits. Third and fourth place, 5 credits each.
  10. Our top-ranking patron in the event will receive 10 tix from me directly.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or suggestions for future events.
